3 people facing prostitution, sale of drugs charges in undercover police sting

PORTSMOUTH - Police performed an undercover operation targeted at prostitution and the sale of drugs on Tuesday that led to the arrest of three people at a local hotel.

The arrested

Chelsea Gianotti-Bregy, 27 of Somersworth was charged with prostitution, sale of a conrolled drug (crack/cocaine), possession of prescription drugs (adderall), conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug and breach of bail. She is being held on no bail and is scheduled for a video arraignment on Wednesday.

Michael Bregy, 30 of Somersworth, was charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack/cocaine), criminal liability for conduct of another (accomplice to prostitution) and promoting prostitution. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for an arraignment on May 2.

Scott Sawyer, 30 of Berwick, Maine, was charged with sale of a controlled drug (crack/cocaine), conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug (crack/cocaine). He was held on $2,000 cash bail and is scheduled for a video arraignment on Tuesday.
