$26,000 worth of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine seized in Manchester drug bust


MANCHESTER — Investigators located and seized $26,900 worth of cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin in Manchester Thursday.

Two arrests were made in connection with the seizure.

Dshawn Collins, 41, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with two counts of illegal drug possession with the intent to distribute. Victoria Dubbe, 33, of Manchester, was also taken into custody and charged with two counts of drug possession and two counts of illegal drug sale.

Both were scheduled to appear in court Friday.

The Special Enforcement Division said the arrests culminated a two month-long investigation.

Breakdown of the drugs seized

Cocaine: 42 grams valued at $4,200

Crack Cocaine: 162.8 grams valued at $16,200

Heroin: 65.6 grams valued at $6,500
