We're getting closer and closer to spring, which for some, can't come soon enough.
Temperatures across Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine were well below average last month and for some they were record setting.

Elsewhere in New England, Portland, Maine, averaged a 14 degrees for the month, setting a new February record for the city.
In Vermont, two cities endured their coldest February in history. Rutland averaged 5.2 degrees. Montpelier averaged 5.1 degrees.
In addition to cold, the snow is also piling up in Boston. The city's snowiest winter on record came back in 1995-1996 - total snowfall amount: 107.6 inches. The city is less than six inches from passing that mark.
