2 women arrested after breaking into Bedford home

BEDFORD - The Bedford Police Department say they have arrested two women for felony burglary after they were caught trying to break into a home on Joppa Hill Farm Rd.

The homeowner called police after he arrived at his home just after 3pm Saturday and found 2 women trying to flee his home. Police say the two women, identified as 29 year-old Alexandra Jsirandanis of Manchester and 25 year-old Shannon McIntire of Belmont, broke into the home by smashing a window and attempted to steal jewelry and other items.

Police arrived and arrested the two without incident.

Jsirandanis was arraigned Monday and will have a probable cause hearing on December 11. McIntire was expected to be arraigned today.
