2 people plead guilty to conspiracy to manufacture meth in NH

CONCORD — Two people pleaded guilty for the crime of possessing materials used to manufacture meth and conspiracy to manufacture meth.

Samantha Renehan, 29 of Lebanon, and Jamie Smith, 28 of Raleigh, N.C., plead guilty in the United States Court for the District of New Hampshire to the crimes.

According to court documents, Renehan picked Smith up from a bus station in Vermont around Jan. 29.

The two drove from the bus station to Lebanon, NH, allegedly making multiple stops to purchase meth ingredients including pseudoephedrine.

Police executed a search warrant on the Lebanon residence. An investigation determined that the residence had been used to manufacture meth.

Smith will be sentenced Jan. 24, 2017. Renehan will be sentenced Feb. 2, 2017.
