2 people arrested, accused of selling drugs out of room at Bow Hampton Inn
BOW — Police reported to the Hampton Inn after a report of two people selling drugs out of their hotel room.
The couple was identified as Kenneth Herbert, 42, and Mary Hensley, 36, both of Concord. They were both arrested on outstanding arrest warrants.
Inside the room, officers found a large quantity of controlled drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to police.
As a result of the search warrant, Herbert was charged with two counts possession of a controlled drug, felonies, two counts possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, one misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled drug. Henseley was charged with on count possession of a controlled drug, a felony.
