2 people arrested, 1 DUI charge on I-93 after police say a car was going 115mph

BOW - Police stopped a car along Interstate 93 for allegedly speeding at 115 mph in a 65 mph zone.

Saturday night, police were on I-93 south in Bow when they saw a 2004 Nissan 350Z speed by. According to police, once they pulled the Nissan over, the driver Kristen Aubin, 36 of Manchester appeared to be drunk.

Aubin was arrested for aggravated driving while under the influence, and later agreed to a take a breath alcohol test that revealed that she was over three times the legal limit.

Police said Aubin's passenger at the time, Logan Nadeau, 21 of Concord also displayed obvious signs of being under the influence and is accused of acting erratic and confrontational during the traffic stop. Nadeau was also arrested.

Once taken into custody, police said Nadeau’s behavior continued while refusing to comply with any instructions given to him. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction of government administration - all misdemeanor charges.

Aubin was released on a personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on April 29. Nadeau was also released on a personal recognizance bail, with a court date scheduled for May 27.
