More than 200 New Hampshire and Massachusetts students in grades K-12 from 48 schools gathered Sunday at Southern New Hampshire University for the 31st Annual Young Inventors' Program Regional.
The event, organized by the Academy of Applied Science, aims at engaging classrooms in discovery, invention and creativity, according to the program director, Nicole Bellabona MacMillian.
"Through hands-on learning, these students apply classroom lessons in math, science and other subjects to meaningful problem solving," Bellabona MacMillian said.
