2 motorcyclists busted twice for going faster than 160 mph

ASHLAND — Two motorcyclists who police say were clocked going nearly 120 mph on Interstate 93 are facing new charges after police found video of them traveling up to 160 mph.

Trooper Charles George was patrolling I-93 in Ashland around 1:30 Monday afternoon when he saw two bikes speeding toward him. He recorded their speed at 118 mph in the 70 mph zone.

George stopped the two men and ticketed them for reckless driving.

Twenty-six-year old Christopher Grant, of Manchester, and 25-year-old Brandon Clark, of Weare, were arrested and released. Police said they were arrested again and charged with felonious reckless conduct after checking footage from a confiscated GoPro camera that clocked them going close to 160 mph.
