2 men charged with trying to break into Jordan's Furniture in Nashua

NASHUA - Two men were caught trying to break into Jordan's Furniture at 237 Daniel Webster Highway early Sunday morning.

Police responding to an alarm found Justin Atwood, 25, of Bedford, and Raymond Szarko, 25, of Milford near the rear office of the building. Police ordered them to stop but the men took off on foot and were caught a short distance away.

Both men face a felony charge burglary and misdemeanor charges of resisting detention. Atwood also faces a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest.

Atwood and Szarko face up to seven years in prison for the burglary charge and up to one year in jail for each misdemeanor charge.
