2 Manchester men arrested after argument that involved waving handgun; gun not found

MANCHESTER — Police responded to an incident involving a firearm on Thursday and learned of an argument between two groups of people.

Officers said they saw a man waving around a firearm when they arrived. The suspects involved left the area when the police arrived, but officers were able to locate a suspect matching the description of a person that was involved.

The suspects were hiding from the police and after being asked multiple times, the two suspects - who were identified as David Cherry, 27, and Jeffrey Bernadini, 54 - left the building located on Lincoln Street.
