2 dead, 1 seriously hurt after car rolls over and crashes into Keene airport building


SWANZEY — Two people are dead after three people were ejected during a single-car accident on Thursday night.

Police responded to reports that a car rolled over and hit a building. The driver, later identified as Nathaniel Wetherby, was traveling on Route 32 when he lost control and crashed into the Dillant Hopkins Airport. All three people in the car were ejected.

Wetherby, 21, was pronounced dead on the scene. Passenger Nevi Tyler, 17, was transported to Cheshire Medical Center where she died from her injuries. Adam Bazter, 19, was airlifted to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
