2 arrested after 2-year-old found wandering alone around NH apartment building

DOVER — Two people have been arrested after a 2-year-old was found wandering around alone.

Michael Page, 32, and Sarah Hutchins, 32, have both been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Police said reports of child neglect were taken by the Division of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), who reported to the Dover home on July 20 at about 4:34 p.m.

Two children were living in the home at the time of the incident.

The DCYF worker deemed the apartment filthy and unfit for children.

Both Hutchins and Page were released on $5,000.00 personal recognizance bail and are scheduled for court on Nov. 14 at 8 a.m.
