16 more people busted in latest Nashua drug sweep making 60 total in 6 weeks

NASHUA — In an ongoing effort to target drug sales in the Gate City, the Nashua police arrested 16 more people in its latest sweep on various drug charges.

Half of the people arrested are facing charges that they were trying to distribute or sell the drugs.

Cocaine, heroin, clonazepam, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, buprenorphine hydrochloride, naloxone hydrochloride, marijuana, and marijuana concentrate were related to the arrests.

The sweep was part of an ongoing Combined Drug Impact Initiative by the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division.

In 6 weeks, the initiative has netted the arrests of 60 total people, including 13 last week. Take a look at that video above.

The Arrests

Paul Anthony Williams, 22, of Manchester was charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, cocaine. He is being held on $25,000 cash bail pending his arraignment on Friday.

Jacqueline Disario, 54, of Nashua was charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug, heroin. She is being held on $5,000 bail pending her arraignment on Friday.

Patrick Michel Jordan, 44, of Nashua was charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, heroin, and one count of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He is being held on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment on Friday.

Justin Greenwood, 39, of Nashua was charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, clonazepam. Greenwood is being held on $5,000 cash bail pending his Friday arraignment.

Sean Rose, 34, of Plymouth was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, heroin. He will be held on $2,000 cash bail until his arraignment on Friday.

Curtis Cawley, 28, of Plymouth was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, heroin, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine. He was in possession of about 28 grams of heroin which carries a higher penalty. He is being held on $10,000 cash bail until his arraignment on Friday.

Kristin Rommel, 25, of Woodstock, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine. She is being held on $2,000 cash bail pending her arraignment on Friday,

Adam Joyce, 31, of Campton, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, heroin. He is being held on $2,000 cash bail until his arraignment on Friday.

Donald Jennings Jr., 30, of Nashua was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, methamphetamine, second offense. He was also charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl, second offense, breach of bail conditions and an electronic bench warrant issued for not appearing in court for a recent drug related arrest. Jennings was found to be in possession of about 23 grams of methamphetamine which is a higher penalty. He is being held on $25,000 cash bail until his arraignment on Friday.

Jason Levesque, 39, of Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, buprenorphine hydrochloride and naloxone hydrochloride and possession of a controlled drug, marijuana. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and will be arraigned July 28.

Jeremy Menendez, 26, of Nashua, was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled drug, marijuana concentrate, second offense, and one count of criminal liability of sale of a controlled drug, marijuana concentrate, also his second offense. Menendez is being held on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment on Friday.

Jennifer Dion, 34, of Nashua was charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, marijuana concentrate, second offense. She is being held on $5,000 cash bail pending her arraignment on Friday.

Michael Boucher, 40, of Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, crack cocaine. Boucher is being held on $400 cash bail pending his arraignment on Friday.

Tamara Batchelder, 34, of Nashua was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, heroin. Her bail was set at $3,000 and will be arraigned on Friday.

Jeremy Franzen, 37, of Nashua, was charged with one count of driving after revocation or suspension, second offense and an electronic bench warrant issued for not appearing in court for a former driving after avocation or suspension offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on July 14.

Michael Roig, 25, of Nashua, was arrested on two outstanding warrants. The first for domestic violence, simple assault and the second for theft by unauthorized taking. Roig's bail was set at $7,000 and he will be arraigned on Friday.
