LEBANON — A 15-year-old boy allegedly robbed and threatened to kill a man and his family before stealing a cell phone and headphones.
Two other men took part in the incident, police said. The victim was able to provide a physical description of the assailants and officers were able to locate the suspects on Elm Street. After a brief investigation, officers revealed that the third male involved with the incident had fled upon their arrival.
Antonia Callagan, 18, and Justin Cohn, 22, both of Elm Street, were both found with the victim's headphones and the SIM card from his cellphone in the home.
As a result of the area being searched police found the third subject believed to be involved, which was a 15-year-old juvenile. The boy was the one that threatened the victim and robbed him, police said. He was found with the victim's cellphone.
Callaghan was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, a felony. He was also charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, and possession of a controlled drug. Cohn was charged with conspiracy to commit a robbery, prohibited sales of alcohol, and possession of a controlled drug. Both men are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday and were held on $10,000 cash bail.
