DERRY - Thirteen people have been displaced after an apartment building took on water which caused trouble with its electrical system on Sunday.
Two of the people from the apartment on 15 W. Broadway are children.
The Red Cross has been helping the displaced people, and plans to continue to do as long as they need a place to stay.
The displaced residents are currently staying in a hotel.
