NEW IPSWICH - A fuel delivery driver is okay after rolling a delivery truck off a steep embankment Monday morning.
The driver had finished a delivery on Wopack Road off Route 124 around 11 a.m. and was driving down an icy driveway when he lost control of the vehicle.
The driver was able to exit the vehicle and call for help.
First responders from 10 towns monitored the situation for hours.
Eastern Propane emptied the leaking truck of nearly 3,000 gallons before attempting to upright and tow it from the scene.
It's unclear how much fuel had leaked, officials said.
Route 124 was reopened just before 3 p.m.
