NH sign redirecting people from panhandler handouts to service agencies vandalized

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police in a New Hampshire city say a sign discouraging panhandling has been vandalized. WMUR-TV reports Manchester police discovered one of the newly installed panhandling signs had been covered in black spray paint Wednesday.
